Q:I want to advertise in the SuperSaver Canada magazine; who do I contact?

A:You can send us a message through our contact page and one of our publishers will contact you.

Q:I do not currently receive a copy of SuperSaver Canada magazine in my mail; how can I get a copy each month?

A:You can get your copy right off our website ... select and print what you need.

Q:Do you mail the SuperSaver Canada magazine to my city?

A:Not Yet? ... but we will be there soon.

Q:How do I access or print my premium coupon?

A:Login to your account and click "My Account" at top of the page. You can purchase and use any of the premium coupons you have purchased. Once you've opened a premium coupon, you can print it like any other document. Each premium coupon you purchase is emailed to you for smart phone access.

Q: I'm having trouble scheduling an appointment?

A:Sometimes certain dates may not be available due to high demand after a deal is featured, but don't worry! If a business is fully booked as the expiration date nears, your appointment can be rescheduled.

Q:I can't get in touch with the business?

A:Sometimes it can be difficult to reach a business shortly after they're featured. Make sure you're using the contact information listed in the redemption instructions listed on premium coupon.

Q:Trouble using a redemption code?

A:The redemption instructions on your premium coupon will tell the merchant to use either the redemption code that is on the premium coupon for validation. The merchant will contact SuperSaver Canada if any issue.

Q:What happens when a business closes?

A:If a business has closed permanently, we will always honor refund requests for unredeemed premium coupons. Please click contact us, tell us the name of the business and which location.

Q:I had a bad experience using a premium coupon?

A:We always want you to have a great experience with SuperSaver Canada. If you use a premium coupon and are not satisfied contact us and we will talk to the merchant to see what the issue may be.

Q:Trouble accessing your SuperSaver Canada account?

A:Head to and click "Login" at the top of the page. If you're already signed in, you'll see your name at the top of the page beside "My Account".

Q:How do I use a premium coupon that I purchased?

A:Login to your account. Premium coupons that you have purchase with have a "Print/Display" icon nect ot them. Click on the icon, you can print the premium coupon out or display it to show the merchant on your smart phone. The purchased premium coupon is also emailed to you at time of purchase. You can call up this email to show the merchant at time of purchase for redemption. Most premium coupons can be used right after purchase, up until the expiration date, but may not be combined with other specials or promos. Check the premium coupons fine print for exceptions or further details.

Q:Do I pay tax on premium coupons?

A:Contact the Merchant for details.

Q:How much should I tip when using a premium coupon?

A:Unless the Fine Print specifically states otherwise, gratuity is typically not included with a premium coupon. Please be sure to tip on the total bill.
